Delivery & Handover
FINAL DAY
Upon completion and your approval, the remaining 50% is collected. Your painting is professionally packaged and delivered worldwide via insured courier at actuals, or collected in person at the studio in T Nagar, Chennai.

Studio Consultation
DAYS 2 – 3
Shruthi personally reviews your request and schedules a free 20-minute consultation by phone, video call, or in-studio visit to understand your requirements in detail and finalize the scope.
NO COMMITMENT NEEDED AT THIS STAGE.
Custom Quote & Agreement
DAYS 3 – 5
You receive a formal quote covering price, canvas dimensions, medium, estimated timeline, and payment terms. Once agreed, a 50% advance confirms your commission and locks in your slot.

Creation Begins
1 – 8 WEEKS
Shruthi begins work in her Chennai studio. Depending on complexity, this stage spans one to eight weeks. Oil paintings require additional drying time between layers to achieve depth and richness.

Progress Preview
MIDWAY
At the halfway mark, you receive a progress photograph of the work in progress. This is your opportunity to request minor adjustments to composition, colour balance, or any details before the final stage.

How do I Share my Reference Images?
You can upload reference images directly through WhatsApp or email after your consultation.
Can customers request custom sizes?
Absolutely. Artworks can be created in any dimension to perfectly suit your space.
Can I request changes after the painting is complete?
Yes, Minor adjustments can be made during the progress preview stage. Major changes after completion may incur additional charges depending on scope.
Can I visit the studio & see the paintings in Person?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our studio at T Nagar, Chennai during working hours to view your painting before final payment.
How long does a custom painting take?
Depending on the medium and size, commissions typically take 4 to 10 weeks. Oil paintings require longer drying times.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, We do ship our paintings both Nationally & Internationally using secure and insured packaging. Shipping charges, Insurance and customs duties apply at actuals.
Do you provide framing services?
Yes, we offer premium framing options that complement the artwork and your interior decor at a nominal cost.
What If I am not Satisfied with the Painting?
Client satisfaction is our priority. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final artwork matches your vision. Issues are very rare, even then they're resolved on a case-by-case basis.
